George Roberts is the founder of Roberts Capital Enterprises, a multi family investment group that focuses on value-add opportunities. In addition to owning over 550 units as an active multi family investor, he is also an avid passive investor and holds investments with a number of other sponsors. His passive investments include over 600 multi family units, car washes, early-stage companies, as well as triple-netreal estate. Before devoting himself to commercial real estate full-time, George worked as an award-winning data scientist and bioscientist with nearly 800 citations in the fields of genomics, microbiology, and physiology. George also hosts the popular YouTube Channel “The Data Scientist of Real Estate”, a published author as well as a podcast host.
